Will my ad be the only one in my industry on the card?

Yes. No competitors are allowed on the same card. We only accept one business per category (for example: one plumber, one realtor, one dentist, etc.). Once your category is reserved on a card, we won’t place your competitors beside you.

How often does the mailer go out?

Do residents have to opt in to receive the mailer?

Is there a long-term contract?

Single-month placements are one-time campaigns.

Multi-month placements (3 or 6 months) may be prepaid or set up on a recurring plan depending on the option you choose at checkout. Recurring plans can typically be cancelled for future cycles per the terms shown at purchase and in our Terms & Conditions; past charges are generally non-refundable once production begins.

Do you provide design services for my ad?

Yes. One of the benefits of working with Ohio Mailer Collective is that we handle the design for you if needed. Just send us your logo, offer, and key details, and our team will build a clean, effective ad that fits the card layout.

What do I need to provide to get started?

To secure your spot on the mailer, you’ll need to provide: Ohio Mailer Collective

- Company Name & Phone Number – exactly how you want them to appear

- Special Offer or Promotion – any discount, call-to-action, or incentive

- Logo – preferably a high-resolution file or Canva link

- Website URL (if available) – so customers can learn more or book online

- Any additional details or preferences – brand colors, must-have text, etc.

If you already have a designed ad, we’ll review it to confirm it fits our specs.

Do I get to approve my ad before it goes to print?

Yes. You’ll receive a proof of your ad (and/or the full card layout) to review. We only go to print after you’ve approved the final artwork. Once your artwork is approved and the print process begins, changes, cancellations, or refunds are generally no longer possible due to the custom nature of the campaign. You will also receive a file of the artwork you use as you want.

Can you reuse my ad on future mailers?

Absolutely. If you’re happy with your design, we can reuse it on future cards or make small adjustments (like changing a date or offer). This keeps your branding consistent and speeds up turnaround for recurring campaigns.
